Community Garden

The UHC, through a partnership with Grassroots Gardens of Buffalo has created a community garden at 73 Tyler Street. The parcel was donated by a local landlord, Jeremy Dunn, for use by the community. The garden currently features six raised beds and a handful of fruit trees. Local institutions such as churches or businesses as well as residents can adopt and maintain a bed. Plans for the garden include additional amenities such as a bench, a tool chest, and public art on the surrounding stockade fence.

If you are interested in adopting a bed or helping to maintain the garden please contact us
